The VICI brand has a strong e-commerce presence and sells 90% of its product online, which is shipped from its corporate warehouse located in Concord, CA.
VICI’s brand was created based on trends the founders saw after the 2009 recession. Consumers were becoming cautious about spending, yet women’s desire for affordable fashion remained. What sets VICI apart is an unwavering commitment to customer service and a zeal for social media marketing. Posting 20 new looks each day on Instagram and Facebook, women are consistently inspired to create their own personal style through looks from VICI’s brand.
Manage the Returns department team members including recruitment, training, performance reviews and ensure that work is accomplished accurately and efficiently; take corrective action to manage performance as appropriate. Coordinate scheduling to ensure proper coverage; approve all PTO and sick leave requests.
Establish department goals and performance/productivity expectations. Continuously track, assess and evaluate Returns Associates daily goals and performance. Run daily reports for inbound return merchandise and coordinates/delegates daily department responsibilities. Conduct weekly team meetings to review goals for the week. Understand all aspects of the returns department and resolve any issues that may arise.Partner closely with the Distribution center management team to strategize business needs. Communicate with vendors and VICI buying team regarding defective item(s); manage the refund/credit process and collecting the inventory of damaged items off of the shelves.
Sends monthly reports to the finance team to properly close out each month. Create monthly report for most returned items, repetitive complaints from customers regarding the product and other key trends (fit, material, length, etc.), present to Executive team. Implement all system workflows and train Return Associates accordingly. Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies; establishes all Returns department policy and procedures. Continuously evaluate Return department operations and make necessary process improvements to improve department productivity. May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company.

Work Environment:
Works in a Distribution Center environment.
Sitting, standing, and walking intermittently.
Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, and printer.
Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years prior experience in E-commerce/retail returns, inventory and/or quality control.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with a base schedule of 7:00am to 3:30pm. Based on business needs hours could extend beyond base schedule.
