What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Automotive Dealership Parts Driver position at Victor Chevrolet?
We are seeing a reliable and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of a Part-Time Parts Driver. Working hours are 8:00 am – 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
A qualified individual will be expected to:
- Pick up inventory and deliver parts to other auto local dealerships
- Keep the delivery vehicle in safe and operable condition
- Assist with general parts department duties as requested
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Work as a team with the rest of the parts department to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Clear and Valid Driver's License is required, no exception
- High school education or GED equivalent
- Must be highly reliable and have a solid work ethic
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) as needed
- Spends 50% of work day driving/sitting, 50% standing
