The Analyst, Email Marketing Operations oversees and executes complex daily email marketing campaigns to ensure operational excellence.

Your Impact

§ Serve as lead for daily email campaign execution, including interpreting the strategy, setting and communicating expectations and timelines, organizing resources, assessing possible risks, managing the deliverables, and meeting all deadlines
§ Collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional, and 3rd party vendors throughout the execution of each campaign
§ Review tactical execution of campaigns to ensure expected strategic results are achieved
§ Provide analysis of operations performance to support business decisions
§ Identify, monitor and explain variances to expected outcomes
§ Maintain close partnership with Email Planning, Strategy, and Content to execute all campaigns, hitting the intended strategy and results
§ Assist in managing 3rd party vendor relationships and projects
§ Stay on top of industry trends and continually feed the team with innovative ideas and best practices
§ Perform ad-hoc requests as requested
§ Maintain all quality control

Minimum Salary: $62,500.00
Maximum Salary: $82,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

§ Basic HTML knowledge

§ Understanding of email marketing landscape and how email fits into the customer journey

§ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

§ Proficient with Windows-based PC environment (Excel, Word, PPT, and TEAMS)

§ Excellent organizational and planning skills

§ Exceptional written and oral communication skills

§ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and welcome change as it is presented

§ Bachelor's degree in Marketing

§ 1-3 years in progressive consumer marketing positions for strong brand, with a proven track record in development/execution of developing.

§ Retail/Fashion marketing a plus

§ Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

§ Experience with Movable Ink is a plus

§ Experience with Da Vinci is a plus
