Description

PURPOSE:


The Coordinator will provide support in all areas for the Next Gen Ministry. They will also support weekend service, and special events as needed. The Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact in every area of communication (written, electronic, verbal and personal) with people both internal and external for the Victory Midtown Next Gen. Ministry.


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provides administrative support to the Next Gen Ministry.
  • Attends leadership meetings, staff meetings, and all weekend services as needed.
  • Schedule/Maintain the Ministry Calendar.
  • Provides oversight, planning and execution of all aspects of ministry events, registrations and services.
  • Develop/schedule/maintain the Calendar of Events.
  • Assist in scheduling and connecting volunteers into communication platforms (Planning Center Online).
  • Submit and track all marketing requests for the ministries.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements as needed
  • Manage weekly reports for the ministry (attendance, volunteer, service debrief, and incident, etc.).
  • Responsible for the storage and maintenance of ministry supplies for events and classes (surveys, copies and food orders).
  • Manage all contractor invoices, check requests and reimbursements for the ministries,
  • Communicate with all internal and external organizations.
  • Serves in related areas as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a related area is preferred but not required.
  • 2 years similar experience preferred.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Flexible Schedule (Weekends & Evenings)
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Maturity and good judgment in dealing with interpersonal matters
  • Knowledge of Database Management
  • MAC and Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, etc.) experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary : $38,600 - $48,900
