Warehouse Associate

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE: Victory Fire Protection, an industry leader providing fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential properties in and around Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a proactive, self-starter to join our warehouse team.

Job Description:

• Deliver material to job sites in a safe, timely manner
• Load/unload heavy parts and equipment on/off delivery truck
• Lift up to 75 lbs. frequently
• Perform routine warehouse tasks – pulling parts & stage parts for projects
• Ensure all materials are picked & packed properly
• Organize and restock parts
• Climb ladders to stock shelving
• Assemble pipe and fittings associated with fire sprinklers
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and organization of inventory
• Handle additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company
• Assist in handling general tasks/labor & property maintenance

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Pass DOT Physical
• Knowledge of major roadways within Montgomery, Chester, Berks, and Bucks Counties
• No DUI offenses in past three years
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to drive stake body or pickup truck for deliveries – Non CDL (Requires DOT Testing)
• Ability to tow large trailers
• Be able to keep up with physical demands - job requires hustle and endurance
• Willing and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. frequently
• Capable of handling steel pipe and other large, heavy materials onto delivery truck and job sites
• Previous warehouse/shop experience preferred, but will train
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Forklift experience a plus
• Previous experience performing inventory a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
