Here are the Core Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding multiple products and services
  • Place outbound calls to customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Customize and recommend offerings based on individual business and consumer needs
  • Process referrals
  • Process customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and integrity
  • When applicable schedule retail check-ins or referrals depending on the product or service
  • Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge
  • Swivel between different programs depending on customer demand
  • Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience

What we are looking for...

Required Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
  • 12 months of retail or customer service experience.
  • Proficient with computers
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Business Casual Dress Code
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
