Position Summary
Leads performance improvement program development and management.
Provides oversite for patient safety/quality reporting in order to meet regulatory requirements and manages all related fiscal matters.
Leads standardization of evidence based approaches to patient safety/quality improvement.
Assures implementation of medical group strategies that meet clinical standard expectations, regulatory/accreditation requirements, and system goals.
Minimum Requirements
College Degree plus other schooling.
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Nurse degree- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
3 to 5 years experience as a quality nurse specialist, case manager, or other nurse leadership role in the ambulatory setting.
Leading patient safety/quality program components required.
