CULTURE EXPECTATIONS:
Provide our proprietary faux finishes to replicate wood, metal, and other materials on garage doors
Help in the creation of new colors and finishes
Keep up with schedule and work orders
Color applications including use of toners and glazes
Ensure batch material matches control finish standard for all work orders
Maintain awareness of schedules and adjust work capacity needs as required
Perform activities that directly support team outcomes
Give input, ideas to help grow
Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers and others
Keep work area clean and safe
Show up to work on time
QUALIFICATION AND ABILITIES
- Painting, or faux finishing experience (beneficial, but not required)
- Artistic mindset (this is a fantastic job for artists and creative people)
- Someone who enjoys skilled trades making things by hand
- Requires muscle coordination. (ex-athletes who have this have also excelled)
- This is a unique position that is not one size fits all in experience or education. If you have the desire to learn and love the creative or artistic side of life and want a job where you can create beautiful things, we would love to talk.
BENEFITS AND PERKS
- Starting Salary: $20.00 depending on experience. Can learn your way to $25.00
- After training; we have developed a way to work 32 hours a week and get paid for 40. (3 day weekend every week!!!!)
- Paid time off after 90 days
- 401(K) 401K matching up to 4%
