The Apartment Community Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the restoration or renovation of apartments and capital projects. This role involves a range of tasks and responsibilities to ensure that the restoration project is completed successfully, on time, and within budget. The successful apartment restoration project manager needs strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They should be knowledgeable about construction processes, building codes, and project management principles.

Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with major coursework in architecture, engineering, business administration, construction, building science, or closely related field
5 or more Experience in building/construction program management

· Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, budget, and goals of the restoration project.
· Define the specific restoration tasks and requirements, including any necessary permits and approvals.
· Coordinate and schedule the activities of various teams and subcontractors involved in the restoration, such as construction crews, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
· Ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet project milestones.
· Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project's progress and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Implement contingency plans to address unexpected challenges that may arise during the restoration process.
· Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and other relevant parties.
· Provide regular updates on the project's status, addressing any concerns or questions from stakeholders.
· Ensure that the restoration work meets high-quality standards and adheres to building codes and regulations.
· Conduct inspections to verify that the work is being done correctly and that the final results meet expectations.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
· Generate regular reports detailing project status, budget updates, and any deviations from the original plan.
