Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will assist our medical staff in providing care to our patients. You will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and performing routine medical procedures. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician and ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in [state]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and in challenging situations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in a medical setting is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate

- Collect patient specimens and perform routine medical procedures, such as dressing changes and catheterizations
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate with medical staff about changes in patients' conditions and treatment plans
- Document all patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
