Job Summary
The Commercial Project manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, hiring freelance professionals or selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
Job Duties
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement necessary changes to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and make decisions.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy customer requirements.
Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, milestones achieved, and lessons learned, to stakeholders and senior management.
Keep organized data on clients through regular CRM maintenance
Understand and communicate market trends and customer needs back to internal teams for potential R&D
Travel to job sites as needed
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Construction industry technical knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Desired Skills
Utilization of 2D and 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk or Inventor
Experience using ProCor as a scheduling tool to accomplish project timelines.
