Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent to support federal contracts, including VA facilities. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience. As a key player in our staffing operations, the Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and maintain a proactive approach to meet our clients' critical staffing needs.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Surgical Technicians, etc.) to meet staffing demands.
- Sourcing and outreach: Proactively identify passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific job boards.
- Client engagement: Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand contract requirements and define role expectations.
- Compliance management: Ensure all candidates meet credentialing, licensure, and federal contract standards.
- Onboarding support: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including pre-employment screenings and credential verification.
- Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate feedback.
- Relationship building: Maintain relationships with talent pools, ensuring continued engagement with Vighter as a trusted staffing partner.
- Market insight: Stay updated on market trends and labor shortages in healthcare to refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare staffing.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom preferred).
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to pass a government background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
