Experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and confidential information.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. We will train on our cloud-based time-tracking & billing software (CLIO).
Driven, self-directed and able to work without supervision to meet deadlines.
Resourceful problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; numerate and literate.
