What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Vigna Inc?
Responsible for the work execution of all activities and assigned projects within the plant. He/she is responsible to the Maintenance Manager for the efficient and effective use of all manpower, materials, parts and other resources under his/her supervision. He/she is charged with the development of the group leaders and technicians under his/her support into well-trained, committed and spirited team. He/she must also provide equipment –related expertise and technical guidance to ensure proper work execution.
· Lead efforts for continuous improvement on PM system
· Coordinate maintenance efforts between shifts to achieve orderly and accurate changeover to quickly resolve downtime carry over issues and discuss long term fixes to issues.
- 1-3 Years of supervisory experience in an environment related to plant processes (example – Foundry)
- 3-5 Years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
