What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Vigna Inc?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Safety or Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in food/beverage quality and safety with increasing levels of responsibility with a fast moving and growing business environment
- Experience within an Aseptic filling facility
- Previous experience managing and motivating teams
- Understanding of lean quality programs such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Microbiological lab experience, especially management
- Previous work experience with Statistical Process Control
- Previous experience with Regulatory Audits, FMEA, HACCP
- Required 2-4 years’ experience in production facility sanitation
- Action-oriented, results-focused individual with can-do attitude
- Rigorous attention to detail

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
