As VIKAND positions itself for long-term growth, we are currently seeking a self-starter to join us in the position of Client Services Specialist (ViPharma). This position reports to the Client Services Manager.
POSITION
The primary focus of this role will be responding to the incoming email inquiries for quotes, product information and orders, primarily for ViPharma. Another focus will be to resolve challenges and provide project update statuses pertaining to formulary orders and support Client Services Manager with other orders as needed. This role will handle internal inquiries from medical operations and client engagement. Updating CRM with data for any reporting KPI’s that leadership is wanting on a regular basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Dynamic CRM database.
- Create quotes and sales orders based on client need.
- Assure all associated costs are included in project (freight, etc.) and interface with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communication.
- Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide project status and participate in review meetings with clients
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers
- Work across the various business verticals to resolve matters of backorders, mis-shipped product, etc.
- Update the ERP system with latest data, as necessary.
- Work directly with biomedical team to facilitate movement of items when required. This includes shipments to vendors, manufacturers, customers, technicians (hotels such as calibration gas), and spare equipment from spare equipment shelves
- Perform other tasks as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience within the maritime industry is strongly desired, but not required. 1-2-years experience in working with cruise lines, port agents, and country customs is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pivot and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals would be great
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency & experience working with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams and other various platforms. Knowledge of Dynamics Business Central ERP is a plus
