Load Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Viking Coca-Cola is a family-owned independent bottler and distributor based in North Branch, MN that is currently accepting applications for Load Supervisor - 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities and productivity of the load crew
- Count and verify accuracy of loads
- Assist in interviews and hiring of employees
- Provide training to new employees
- Identify employee skills and develop them by coaching and training
- Provide input on performance reviews and continual feedback on performance
- Assist Warehouse Manager with coordinating work hours, scheduling breaks, approving time off requests, tracking absences, and timekeeping
- Train and monitor crew for compliance with safe work practices
- Assure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
- Assist the crew by performing duties required for load fulfillment
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate that maximizes employee morale and productivity
- Participate in the development of department goals and objectives
- Serve as backup during the absence of the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently administered to all employees
- Assist in jockeying of tractors and trailers as needed
- Participate in training and continued education as required
-Perform/assist with End of Month Inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience required
- Organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new programs as needed
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
- Certification to operate a forklift (company will provide training and certification)
- Ability to make solid analytical decisions
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
-Class A CDL is preferred, but not necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Stand and walk on variable surfaces throughout entire shift in warehouse
- Squat/kneel to ground level
