I. Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with substantial experience in the cruise or broader luxury travel and hospitality industry to spearhead our financial planning and analysis initiatives. This pivotal position will drive the financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis efforts, playing a critical role in shaping our company's financial future and strategic direction. The successful candidate will possess a profound expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical processes, and leverage industry-specific knowledge to deliver insightful strategies and recommendations.

II. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the financial strategic planning process, working in tandem with executive leadership to develop and refine the company’s long-term financial strategies and goals.

· Drive the company’s financial performance by identifying and implementing cost savings and revenue-enhancing initiatives.

· Oversee the management of capital investment and allocation, ensuring investments are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver optimal returns.

· Enhance and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks to mitigate risk, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.

· Spearhead the negotiation of major contracts and agreements, optimizing terms to benefit the company’s financial position and strategic goals.

· Lead the company's risk management efforts by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating financial risks to the business.

· Develop and oversee a comprehensive cash management strategy to ensure the company maintains healthy liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.

· Champion the use of advanced analytics and financial technology to improve financial forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiencies.

· Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure financial strategies are integrated across the company and support overall business objectives.

· Represent the company in financial discussions with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

VI. Education and Experience:

· Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

· Advanced Degree and Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are advantageous.

· Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within finance. Experience in strategic planning, investment analysis, and senior-level financial decision-making is essential.

· Industry Experience: Specific experience in the cruise or broader travel and hospitality leisure industry is preferred, providing an understanding of the unique financial dynamics and challenges of the sector.
