General Qualifications Include:
-Provide a safe environment for the children
-Exceptional oral and written skills
-Assist with writing and implementing feeding and age appropriate plans
-Clear and consistent communication with parents verbally and written
-Communicate effectively and daily with the Lead Teacher, parents and other support
members
-Assist with developing, implementing and preparing materials for lesson plans
-Understand early childhood development and implement age appropriate instruction
-Be engaged with the children at all times
-Provide hygienic care as required
-Provide meaningful and intentional learning through language and modeling
-Be flexible with changes regarding planned activities
-Attend staff meetings and continue to receive their required training yearly
-Handle crisis situations and be competent in your response
Hours/Days:
Full-time (within the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm) Monday-Friday

Educational Qualifications:
-At least 3 years experience in an early childhood setting
-CDA Certification preferred
