Candidates must be willing and able to work weekends during May through September (subject to change depending on the market demands) and must be willing to participate in after-hours call rotation.
Candidates must be able to multitask, have excellent phone and email communication skills, must be able to learn new computer software, and must be able to manage staff accordingly.
Summary
Administrator will be responsible for ensuring properties are appropriately maintained based on each Owner's needs and requirements. Also, for handling elevated guest issues/cases where reservationists are not able to further assist in pertaining to issues before, during, and after the guests' vacation, working on behalf of the owner to provide fair and reasonable compensation to guest, or relocation when necessary. Below is a some of what is expected of their role.

- Work with and help colleagues when necessary to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks/a team player, even tasks are outliers of normal day to day duties
- Ensure all work is completed daily. Phones and emails being the primary focus depending on staffing seasonally.
- Assist with communicating with other departments on refund or relocations as needed.
- Responsible for sending appropriate information to accounting and other departments as needed, including daily billing/invoicing needs.
- Effectively manage daily correspondences and operational tasks to exceed customer expectations
- Display effective computer literacy and be familiar with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel), and job-specific Applications & Software
- Professional customer service nature with a desire to exceed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Cover after-hours phone line incrementally throughout the year, one week at a time
- Self-manage tasks and take the initiative to solve problems when and where needed
- Often visit properties on location with the use of personal car during business hours to ensure that owners and/or guests are satisfied and/or ensure work is being properly conducted and completed
