Position Overview
The primary job is to relieve the supervisors of their administration and tracking work so they can better focus on jobsites and employee development. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English highly preferred.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job
· Ensuring the timely and accurate completion and processing of all division forms and correspondence including: timecards, field reports, shop and material requisitions, short interval schedules, accident reports, reimbursement forms, vacation requests, daily job reports etc.
· Provide direct support to the Supervisors.
· Promote a positive reinforcement and support of Company and Division policies, goals, and directives to the field personnel.
· Assist the Supervisor in planning, organizing, projecting, and overall coordination of assigned projects.
Specific items of focus include:
· 5-S and reduce waste in all areas using the methods you will learn in lean.
· Manage and maintain company resources in a positive and efficient manner.

Jobsite Logistics
· Input & Update SAP Jobsite Scheduling as requested
· Update SAP Material BOM's as requested
· Track System Design Updates
· Labor needs forecasting based on schedules
· Material Fulfillment Planning based on schedules
· Warehouse Delivery Coordination as requested
· Arrange On-Site Builder & Trades coordination meetings if requested
· Assist the Supervisors with On-Site Material Inventory Management
Labor Management
· Work with the HR department for new hire set-up to include tool allocations and tracking training and 30 day evaluation completeness
· ALP placement tracking and skills tracking along with Happy Calls
· Organize and track Evaluations and PDP for supervisors
· EE Satisfaction "Happy Calls"
· Jobsite labor assignments & Supervision
· OJT/Skills Matrix Planning
· OJT/Skills Training & Mentoring
Budget and Cost Management
· Assist in Billing Projections
Assist with Job Costing

Training/Certification
· Minimum 2 years Project Management Experience desired.
· Executive Assistant experience is acceptable.
· Qualified employee will be subject to driving record, credit rating and background report check.
· A high level of competency will all Microsoft programs - sap is a bonus and project management tools (example: SupplyPro, MS Project)
· Construction experience preferable.
· Proven management and customer relation skills.
Education
AA Degree in Construction Management is desirable.
