What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecom Foreman position at Vinco, Inc.?
THIS JOB IS BASED OUT OF OMAHA, NE. NO RELOCATION FUNDING IS AVAILABLE. HEAVY TRAVEL INVOLVED.
Vinco, Inc. is hiring full-time, year-round telecom foremen to work on wireless communications towers and other projects as needed. Approximately $85K - $95K including overtime the first year. Tools/equipment and transportation to jobs is provided.
Previous tower foreman experience required. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical, be able to climb with a harness, safety equipment, and tools, and have good dexterity.
A valid driver's license is required.
The position requires the ability work throughout the upper Midwest 4 - 5 weeks at a time, at first throughout Iowa and Nebraska, with 10 days off between tours. $115 travel per diems to cover lodging and meals when on the road.
We pay weekly, and hours worked over 40 in a week are time-and-a-half your hourly rate. OVERTIME IS HIGHLY LIKELY!
Initial weeklong paid training is held in Forest Lake, MN.
