What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant (PT) position at Vineyards Country Club?
The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members and their guests. To be a successful pool attendant, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and assist guests when necessary.
Hours: 9am-5pm, with flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays.

- Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture.
- Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
- Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Providing guests with towels, shade and attending to their requests.
- Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
- Cleaning and maintaining pool area.
- Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the club.
Position Requirements & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.
