What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Expo position at Vino at Prescott Pines?
Medina Hospitality is a growing hospitality company that specializes in boutique hotels and food and beverage concepts. We are in the process of opening additional concepts and are looking for highly motivated team players to join our team.
We are currently hiring Back of House Employees.
Responsibilities could include:
- Prep menu items
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
- Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line/prep cook and/or dishwasher is preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
