About the role

We are looking for people interested in extending and adapting our products for Vintra’s global customers. Our Solution Architects have a unique mix of software expertise, domain knowledge, customer facing skills, and an execution driven mindset. The Solution Architect – East will be the owner of system design for our customer solutions. They will manage all pre-sales activities, support sales, and work with our prospects and customers on the design, evaluation, and deployment of Vintra software.

What you'll do

• Become an expert at using, demonstrating, and deploying Vintra AI software
• Work with potential customers to accurately spec hardware and integrations, and then plan deployment of software
• Travel to perform customer demos, attend sales activities, and trade shows as required
• Work with hardware vendors to build and ship appliances Manage hardware refresh cycle
• Provide feedback to Sales and Product Management on new feature requests and product performance in the field
• Gather information on competitive products, pricing and strategies

We're looking for someone who has:

• Technical degree or professional experience equivalent. Computer Science or Programming degrees are ideal
• Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience. Pre-Sales or Application engineering experience is required
• Proficient in the Linux operating system and CLI
• Comfortable with travel up to 50%
• Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex software applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills. Comfortable presenting from the technician level to the program management level while managing and addressing their differing concerns

Nice to have:

• Prior background in application engineering for AI / ML computer vision products
• Experience in the security industry
• Prior work with Government Agencies
