Required Skills:

•  Provides daily ongoing support and leadership for all Group Insurance Communications to GI and Technology Senior leaders for the Group Insurance Managed Service team.
  •    Performs daily analysis of all escalation, information requests, communicate system enhancements, and efficiencies and the development of various workflows the business can easily understand for each of the materials produced.
  •    Works directly with the Technology Vice President and TCS vendor of to achieve maximum efficiency and clear communications that are relevant for Group insurance business partners on a variety of aspects the daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual production, distribution of performance materials, i.e., reports, dashboards, updates and presentations.
  •    Acts as a point of contact for GI business, Technology leadership and the vendors on new communication and/or reporting updates.
  •    Strong senior level verbal communication, communication, data analytics/dashboard reports, pivot tables, power point and presentation skills.   
  •    Power BI skills a plus. 
  •    The Project Coordinator serves as a bridge between the non-technical and development teams, assisting with overall and specialized project schedules, coordination of weekly status reporting and assisting with risk decisions.
  •    This individual will execute project plans throughout the full lifecycle of a project; manage project issues, assist with planning and facilitation of meetings and participate in development of processes for work estimations. 
  •    Must be able to establish clear project parameters supporting and enabling the success of all teams while ensuring timelines remain intact for the core need. 
  •    The Project Coordinator must be able to build long lasting relationships, hold excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of web technologies, applications and software.
  •    This individual should be comfortable interacting with VPs, CIOs, etc., while providing in-depth status reports and tracking project related issues.
