Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans for various beauty and cosmetology subjects, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, esthetic laser treatment, anatomy knowledge, dermabrasion, barbering, nail care, and adult education. - Provide instruction to students in both theoretical and practical aspects of beauty and cosmetology techniques. - Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures to students. - Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance. - Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in beauty and cosmetology. Skills: - Strong knowledge and experience in the beauty and cosmetology industry. - Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development. - Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and explain concepts to students. - Ability to demonstrate various beauty techniques, such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, esthetic laser treatment, anatomy knowledge, dermabrasion, barbering, nail care. - Familiarity with adult education principles and techniques. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple classes and student schedules.
