Our program provides clients (individuals with disabilities) vocational training, employment options, and support services. We assist more than 700 people with disabilities annually, as they strive to achieve their goals and advance their personal growth and independence.
What You'll Do
- Coach and train clients on new tasks or duties when applicable.
- Provide weekly progress reports on how the clients are performing.
- Ensure that timelines and/or quotas are being met daily/weekly.
- Maintain a professional relationship between client(s) and the job site employer.

- Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
- Someone with reliable transportation.
- Someone who has worked with people with disabilities previously or looks forward to working with them!
- Someone who wants to work full-time hours, has open availability, and is flexible!
