POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Associate is an attentive and team-oriented individual who will perform a variety of tasks ensuring that manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality. They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and being used in a safe manner.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
- Perform production duties as assigned by production supervisor typically entailing the manual assembly of products.
- Capable of weighing and feeding raw materials into appropriate machinery based on production guidelines.
- Exercise safe work practices.
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Perform all checks as required by the quality sampling standards to maintain specific quality standards.
- Maintain production rates and strive to improve.
- Record and report all necessary information and computer input as requested.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
COMPENSATION BENEFITS
- Base salary starts at $18.00/hr bonus based on company and personal performance
