What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Time Analyst position at Virgin Media?
Function: Technical Customer Support Closing Date: 03/02/2023 As a Real Time Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring all install and service activity is supported both pre and on the day of all installations and service visits. Meeting customer demand for both installs and service whilst upholding all internal processes. Ensuring fault repair and install quota is offered within agreed SLAs, building quota to suit demand, and assigning engineers with appropriate skills to attend customers appointments. You'll communicate with field managers on the day to alert them of any issues with their teams’ workload. Who we are So that's what you'll get up to, but what about us?
