care, teaching, and clinical, translational, and basic research. Chief Purpose of this position: The Children’s Hospital of Richmond (CHoR) at
Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a physician within the Section of Clinical
Genetics. CHoR at VCU has a commitment to provide quality patient care and
service excellence. The Section of Clinical Genetics offers inpatient and
outpatient consultations and genetic counseling services for genetic conditions
across the lifespan. CHoR is the largest full-service academic pediatric hospital
in central Virginia, and part of a multispecialty hospital with 160 beds. Our
Children’s Pavilion for outpatient services opened in March 2016. Our new
500,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art inpatient facility Children’s Tower
