Full time day shift, 4 10-hr days/week. No nights, no call, no weekends, paid holiday's off!
Responsibilities:
- Admitting: explain procedure, cover consents, start IV
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Assist with patient assessments on discharge
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans-- Utilize electronic health record systems such as gGastro for documentation
- Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment
- Cross train in procedure room, discharge, admitting and scope room
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]
- Knowledge of basic IV therapy
- Experience in discharge planning and coordination of care
- Proficiency in performing gastric procedures
