Virginia Healthcare Services of the Valley, a skilled home health agency, is seeking a PRN per-diem Registered Nurse to provide visits to patients in the Crozet, VA area. Most visits will be provided to patients in assisted living facilities in the area. Examples of services to be provided include wound care, lab draws, patient/caregiver education related to chronic disease processes, assessment, care plan management, urinary catheter changes, etc. Compensation is $135 for SOC OASIS and $100 for all other visit types. Must have active RN license. Prior home health experience required. Must be able to pass criminal background check through the Virginia State Police Registry. Qualified candidates only please submit resume.
