Our Repack area is a 50,000 sq. ft. self contained area devoted to meeting the needs of every customer, while exceeding industry standards in Food Safety. Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Production Manager are, but are not limited to:
*Hiring, managing and scheduling all repack employees.
*Working with the Director of Operations to plan and organize day-to-day operations to maximize production.
*Working with Human Resources to handle any employee problems or grievances.
*Working with the Food Safety Manager and enforce that all food safety procedures are followed.
*Oversee and maintain any food safety logs.
*Ensure that all employees operating machinery obtain the proper certification, if required, before operating. For example: any employee operating a fork lift are to be certified before operating the fork lift.
*Oversee quality control of all product
*Maintain safe and clean work environment
*Refer all disciplinary issues to Plant Manager (communications)
*Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
