PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR for IOU (Independently Owned Utility) Sector
Scope of the Role:
Administration process for all IOU projects from the receipt of the PO, until the transformer is installed and tested in the field. Engaging with the plant, engineering and technical management directly, monitoring-enforcing and communicating the schedule. Ensuring all IOU readiness processes are followed, to confirm all milestones are executed on time and on quality, if not, communicating immediately. Oversight of all IOU warranty issues.
Job responsibilities:
1. Track all IOU RFQs and mandate the quote design preparations and checklists completion by the responsible plant’s engineering
2. Schedule and facilitate IOU onboarding for the new customers and new designs.
3. Facilitate order review meeting. Manage resolution of all issues
4. Once the job is converted, update the tracker with all dates and required information.
5. Attend plant production meetings and follow thru the milestone dates for each current project. Review file twice a week and meet with engineering and plants to confirm dates. Communicate and manage any date changes
6. Manage order review. Record all clarifications and facilitate resolution. Confirm technical customer profile is updated.
7. Design Review Date, customer special format to confirm 100% readiness for all DRs. Ensure the DR readiness process is followed, and checklist is signed off by engineering. Communicate dates and all customer expectations, including consultant involvement.
8. Manage Production milestone dates including customer inspections, witness testing and etc.
a. Bi-weekly monitor status-to-set 2-week plan. Work with plants directly.
b. Perform daily, in-person audit of execution, inspections, and witness testing adherence. Communicate roadblocks immediately and connect right leaders to resolve. Communicate-Communicate-Communicate.
c. Invite internal subject matter experts to inspect units against customers’ specifications ahead of customer inspections.
d. Ensure plants follow the IOU readiness process and sign off on the check-sheets.

11. Follow up meeting with customers
Job Requirements:
2 years of business administration or equivalent degree with 2 years of business administrative work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
