The Office Services Specialist will provide quality support to Mental Health Unit and the Food Services Unit team members..
Performs work requiring independent examination and management of supervisees records.
Provides assistance to personnel. Enters relevant data into CORIS and other databases to track group programming assignment and attendance as well as master pass lists. Completes documentation in offender medical records and ensures that documentation is completed by the end of the work day. Participates in the Interdisciplinary team meetings and implements programming that the team assigns to OSS to be conduct. Reports critical needs immediately to Staff designee as soon as possible. May be involved with special projects or programs.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience working in an office setting. Experience working with confidential information and records. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Considerable skills in use of a PC and appropriate software to display and manage program data, write reports, compose correspondence, and provide statistical data. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management and employees orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefers Associates Degree in Office Administration, Criminal Justice and other related fields.
Prefer Extensive Secretarial and/or Administrative experience in the clerical field.
