A rapidly growing virtual assistant and business services company, Virtual Assist USA, is currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist. We support our clients in multiple industries and disciplines including Executive Assistant, Administrative, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Strategy, and much more. Our Virtual Assistants live across the United States, and this role would be supporting different areas of HR that pertain to different state laws and regulations.
This position is a remote, employment position. Roughly 10-15 hours per month.
Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Employee Relations
- HR Questions and Assistance
- Performance Reviews
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations across the United States
Requirements:
- Experience working with remote employees
- 5-8 years as an HR Specialist
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Experience with lawsuits and employee cases
Compensation: $30/hr
