A rapidly growing virtual assistant and business services company, Virtual Assist USA, is currently hiring for an experienced Remote Sales Assistant.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Remote Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

Part-time employment for 15 hours per week - $19 / hr.

We support our clients in multiple industries and disciplines including Executive Assistant, Administrative, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Strategy, and much more.

This position is a remote, employee role. NOT A CONTRACTOR or COMMISSION position.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Remote Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

• Proactively search for and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events
• Develop and execute strategies to market the company's products / services to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our offerings
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings
• Outreach to old clients or leads to re-engage them
• Collaborate with marketing and other team members to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, B2B preferred
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads
• Experience in marketing and promoting products / services is a must
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
