Detailed Job Description:
- 8 Years of Overall IT and BA Experience; Preferably in BPM and Process Management
- Experience in Pega or a good understanding in basic Pega concepts is must
- Experience with Banking and finance domain
- Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
- Understands the business vision and translates to technology impacts and solutions.
- Agile knowledge while acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
- Taps into a wide degree of creativity and initiative
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Experience using JIRA and confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts
- Pega LBA Certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
