Job Description


Global Client Support Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting. This role is an individual contributor with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. This position receives a moderate level of guidance and supervision.

  • Essential Functions
  • Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries for Visa client institutions.
  • Provide information and direction for customers regarding processing services, billing, User ID and BIN maintenance and general transaction research.
  • Perform data entry in a timely and accurate manner for assigned client institutions including call tracking, problem management and knowledge base software applications.
  • Perform transaction and process research to analyze potential technical or operational problems or issues.
  • Prepare and deliver routine reporting on weekly or monthly basis or as requested by customers

Qualifications


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience
  • Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving
  • Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and
  • management at all levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
