Global Client Support Services works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting. This role is an individual contributor with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. This position receives a moderate level of guidance and supervision.
- Essential Functions
- Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries for Visa client institutions.
- Provide information and direction for customers regarding processing services, billing, User ID and BIN maintenance and general transaction research.
- Perform data entry in a timely and accurate manner for assigned client institutions including call tracking, problem management and knowledge base software applications.
- Perform transaction and process research to analyze potential technical or operational problems or issues.
- Prepare and deliver routine reporting on weekly or monthly basis or as requested by customers
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving
- Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and
- management at all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required
