Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionJob Description: The Associate Cybersecurity Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for IAM operations and assisting with the IAM compliance processes for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Payment Card Industry 3-D Secure (PCI 3DS), and other Customer and Visa security requirements. This role will help drive assurance with IAM-related Security and Compliance requirements across all areas of the company, including but not limited to domain accounts, service accounts, Cybersecurity tooling accounts, and network device accounts. Essential Functions: Provide primary support for day-to-day IAM activitiesAssist with maintaining the IAM Strategy program and IAM process and procedural documentationProvisioning and deprovisioning users and ensuring alignment with corporate requirementsPerforming one-time or recurring User Access Reviews (UARs) to ensure user accounts and access aligns with their roles and responsibilitiesAssist with tracking and producing Cybersecurity IAM metrics including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Obtain and review ad-hoc reports on users and access levels, and working with System and Application Owners to generate the required reportsCollaborate with Visa IAM and other Cybersecurity team members to deploy, tune, and report on IAM tooling, including integration with Visa’s systemsWork with Business Stakeholders to review employee accessManage IAM-related Help Desk tickets including reviewing for appropriate approvals, assigning to other Cybersecurity team members, and validating the work is completedEnsure project teams comply with company IAM standards, policies, industry regulations, and Cybersecurity best practicesOther daily and ad-hoc IAM tasks as assignedGeneral task and project-level reporting This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree, OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
● 2 or more years of work experience
● 1 years of experience with security operations, IAM, User Management, and/or IT support
● Experience interacting with customers, technical and non-technical business units, industry partners, and management
● Knowledge of general Cybersecurity principles and best practices
● Technical proficiency gained through business experience and/or education
● Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow ticketing systems
● Familiarity with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Visa Enrollment and Access Control Server, and/or ISO 27001 security standards
● Skilled in leveraging advanced Excel features or developing basic scripts to automate and improve accuracy of data-driven reports
● Experience implementing, maintaining, and/or using security technologies such as: Active Directory, LDAP, Sailpoint or Okta, and SSO
● Communication and collaboration skills
● Ability to produce high-quality documentation
