Job Description
The Business Analyst (Business Strategy and Operations is responsible for managing multiple regional level programs, projects, and initiatives, for Client Services, for the Latin America & Caribbean Region. The ideal candidate needs to be ambitious, highly analytical, strategic professional and possess a unique mix of analytical rigor, natural curiosity, and leadership to develop insights for the organization, and to drive cross-functional and regional execution of strategic initiatives.
The role will help support a variety of projects including business insights, employee and client engagement, process improvement programs, regional operations, and closely work with the region’s functional teams in helping them manage their key business priorities along with investigating, analyzing, and recommending solutions to drive process, quality, and cost improvements.
The position will provide exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, both within the Client Services team, as well as with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop presentations that highlight insights in innovative and creative manners for leadership and the broader CS team.
Help coordinate meetings, events, and any team function associated with Client Services.
Drive regional coordination and execution of all projects and strategic initiatives.
Identify potential process improvement projects/programs and work with an indirect team to determine resolutions.
Manage and publish process improvements associated with each project.
Complete all documentation associated with any changes and ensure that all vested teams are informed, trained, and participated at a level appropriate in any projects.
Implement, track, and monitor each project/initiative/program to determine if the process improvement has been successful.
Assist with maintenance of standard operating procedures and other controlled documents that require updating as the result of a project/program.
Manage the employee and client engagement survey results and help create action plans for improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• Must be fluent in professional business (written and verbal) English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Basic statistical analysis that includes trending, averages, and standard deviation
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise, and impactful way – turning research & hard numbers into compelling stories and useful strategic insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Self-starter results oriented individual, with the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and handle numerous projects concurrently.
• A team player and collaborator, able to work well with a diverse group of individuals in a matrix environment, ranging from junior to executive level.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,600.00 to 136,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
