Job Description
The Acceptance Solutions team at Cybersource is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager. We need someone who will drive the product roadmap of the Visa Acceptance Platform and build solutions that offer delightful payment experiences. The role will bridge development and external teams, driving products from concept to launch. This is a broad-reaching role, so organizational savvy, interpersonal skills, and tact are essential as they will work with all areas of Visa. This role focuses on two products, Invoicing and Pay by Link, that provide an easy and convenient way for merchants (specifically small-medium businesses) to collect payments.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Are you looking to lead products through the complete product lifecycle to make a global impact? Then this is the perfect role! As a Sr Product Manager, you will contribute to the vision & strategy of the acceptance applications. Success will be reflected in product adoption by direct merchants, resellers, and partners all over the globe. This role will be responsible for the product from discovery to delivery and optimization. Driving the product execution internally and capturing feedback by interacting directly with our clients and consumers externally. It's a role best suited for someone who will:
- Think strategically and creatively to gather product and process insights from internal and external collaborators.
- Engage with prospects, clients, and partners to support global and regional commercialization, always keeping an outside-in perspective
- Drive product growth and adoption globally and increase retention with the marketing, sales, and solution engineering teams
- Supervise critical product metrics and analyze internal & external data to derive insights to drive data-based decisions with the analytics team
- Work with design and user research to identify and address friction points by crafting seamless and effortless experiences
- Ensure alignment of short and long-term roadmaps with clients and sales.
- Develop detailed product requirements to implement the product vision with cross-functional teams across the organization (including design, technology, security, legal, program management, customer support, and other product teams)
- Drive market and metric driven prioritization and build the business case for each feature
- Build incremental features using agile development, working as one team with your software development partners
- Represent secure integration methods as a subject matter authority and provide education and training on product capabilities
- Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Product Management experience with a track record of bringing large scale consumer products to market
- Experience with web Applications, APIs, Agile methodology
- Knowledge about Digital Payments, eCommerce, and Payments Ecosystem.
- Possess excellent communication, including verbal, written, and presentation.
- Have experience developing and articulating product requirements and have contributed to or created product documentation
- Ability to communicate at all levels with both business and technology leaders
