Job Description
The Sr. Analyst for Value Added Services Pricing and Deal Operations will be responsible for supporting critical efficiencies and scaling tools for Visa’s Value Added Services business. This person will be responsible for the build and implementation of various operational process improvements, business transformation tools, and related reporting.
The candidate must possess strong business and financial acumen, be a problem solver, with competencies in sales strategy and finance. Our target candidate should ideally be able to work with complex data from a wide variety of systems, with strong ability to relate and report information clearly, with timely accuracy. Applicants should be comfortable challenging the status-quo in a sensitive, efficient, and constructive manner.
Responsibilities:
Support global pricing and deal management analysis activities—focusing on transformational process improvements to support growth & productivity
Facilitate data collection and analysis with cross-functional teams—such as pricing strategy, product, sales, finance, & commercial operations teams
Build process for collecting and storing global price list data for ongoing system enhancements
Provide reporting and analytics to measure efficacy of deal pricing tools, resources, process improvements, and policy updates
Define, communicate, and test requirements for tool enhancement projects – while seeking to ensure appropriate Value Added Services and Visa Stakeholder involvement
Develop and maintain data environment to support governance structure and business case review for deal level pricing across Value Added Services
Develop model to scale propensity and product adoption modeling across Value Added Services
Provide standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with supporting analytics
Provide ad hoc analysis as requested.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
