We are currently seeking a motivatedand dynamic individual to join our team as a GlobalExport Compliance Officer at our Wendell NC site.

Inthis crucial role you will be responsible for overseeing andenhancing our export complianceefforts.

Our exportcompliance activities for the company include :

2. Conducting due diligence steps andreviewing potential matches of screening results

3. Providing guidance and support to CSR purchasing engineering andlogistics teams on export compliance matters

4.Planning and executing regular audits to identify weaknesses andnoncompliance situations

5. Assisting withproducts HTS and ECCN classifications

6.Initiating necessary processes to ensure compliance with relevantregulations

7. Ensuring annual training ofrelevant employees

8. Staying updated on globalregulations and communicating relevant information to theappropriate functions

9. Efficiently storing andmaintaining all required records per legalrequirements

Requirements :

• Bachelors degreein business management law finance business administration orrelated field
• Export compliance officercertification and regular trainingclasses
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role within a global industrialcompany
• Strong organizational skills attentionto detail risk assessment abilities
• Excellentcommunication skills and highintegrity
• Problemsolving skills andcomprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of tradecompliance.
