Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Centerline in Hudson, MA is currently seeking applicants for a Production Supervisor responsible for maintaining and improving the production process by overseeing the production team. This role will ensure that production staff are meeting or exceeding site safety, quality, delivery, revenue, and cost objectives and managing necessary improvements.
Job Location:
Vishay Centerline is located in Hudson, Massachusetts. There are 20 employees in this machine shop operation and it is a first shift operation. This role is an on-site position.

- Oversee the production staff and support daily production needs
- Manage performance, growth and development of staff
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain product quality and workmanship
- Support and help grow customer relationships
- Improve profitability of production operations
- Contribute to the organization’s success
- Other duties as needed
What you will bring along:
- High school or technical education required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- 3 years in a supervisory/management role supporting direct reports
- Technical skills in MS office products, ERP, buisness system software
- Strong customer orientation and service delivery approach
- Proven people supervisory skills and interpersonal skills with experience in coaching, leading, developing and evaluating direct reports
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty and a commitment to quality
- Willing to travel occasionally
