We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to customers regarding the parts and components needed for their vehicles. This role requires a deep knowledge of automotive parts and components, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to customers in need of parts.
• Provide advice and assistance to customers on the selection of parts and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels.
• Order, receive, and store parts in an organized manner.
• Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored in the correct location.
• Keep up to date with product information and pricing.
• Transport part orders to and from the Dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
