What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optical Assistant position at Vision Care Associates?
We are a family owned small business and pride ourselves on providing great care to our patients. We are looking for an Optometric Assistant to join our clinic. We are willing to train the right person and looking for someone that is looking for a long-term career and enjoys helping people.
The job includes:
Pre-testing patients, contact lens training, adjusting, repairing, dispensing glasses, and appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
A positive attitude, good people skills, basic computer abilities, and math skills.
The position is Full Time (M-F) based in our University Place office; However, occasional travel is required to our Yelm office for fill-in if needed. No late evenings or weekends!
