Description:

Vision Financial Group, a dynamic, holistic financial services company in Des Moines, is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Financial Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Duties include:

  • Properly establishing new client financial accounts by preparing required documentation for opening new accounts
  • Reviewing paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Preparing other required forms related to client accounts
  • Preparing forms for client meetings
  • Submitting of required documentation
  • Creating new customer files that are organized and compliant with regulations
  • Resolving simple internal and external customer inquiries
  • Maintaining team standards to complete work within timing and performance commitments
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Requirements:

Qualifications include:

  • Associates degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Self-motivation to work efficiently & accurately
  • Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with team tasks and client needs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment
  • Working on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds
