Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and responsive support to end-users, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritize tasks, and track issues to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Aid in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
Travel to remote offices as needed to perform hands-on technical support
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
2- 3 years of hands-on experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a Windows environment
Working knowledge of Office 365, basic networking, DNS, FTP and Active Directory
This role is required to be in-office five days a week in Findlay, Ohio.
